Organizations that align strategy with culture are more likely to achieve their strategic goals

“Culture eats strategy for breakfast.” So goes the famous quote attributed to renowned management consultant Peter Drucker. The flaw in the statement is that it suggests culture and strategy are competitors. Rather, they are partners. Culture and strategy rely on each other and work together to enable development, execution, and realization of an organization’s objectives.

High-engagement cultures are linked to increased sales, profitability, and quality. Yet, despite its significance, an optimized culture remains an elusive, often overlooked element in many organizations.

Download the white paper for a comprehensive exploration of:

  • How culture shapes strategy realization
  • The challenges organizations face in fostering an effective culture, especially in the wake of virtual work environments
  • The reasons why executives don’t address culture and the benefits of doing so
  • A framework to enhance organizational culture and enable strategy execution

As we navigate the current business landscape, the message is clear: Culture is not just a backdrop; it’s a driving force.
